Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and the owner and operator of the DAQIQ accounting software (“DAQIQ” or “Company”).

By subscribing to or using DAQIQ and any of its services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Definitions

DAQIQ:
A cloud-based accounting software owned and operated by the Company, providing accounting, sales management, e-invoicing, financial reporting, and business management services.

System / Software / Service:
The DAQIQ cloud platform, including all related applications, tools, features, and integrations.

User:
Any individual or legal entity that creates an account or subscribes to DAQIQ services.

Services:
All paid or free features provided by DAQIQ, including e-invoicing, reporting tools, integrations, technical support, and any additional services.

3. Eligibility

By using the System, you represent and warrant that:

  1. You have full legal capacity and authority to enter into this Agreement.

  2. You have not previously been suspended or banned due to serious violations.

  3. You will not use the System to compete with DAQIQ or attempt to replicate its technical structure.

  4. You are fully responsible for ensuring your business complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

  1. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your country, including tax and e-invoicing requirements where applicable.

  2. Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

  3. Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  4. Not use the System for unlawful or fraudulent activities.

  5. Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the System.

  6. Not copy, resell, lease, distribute, or sublicense the System without prior written consent from DAQIQ.

5. Subscription Term and Renewal

  1. Access to DAQIQ services is tied to the selected subscription period.

  2. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

  3. DAQIQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for non-payment.

  4. Users may cancel subscriptions through their control panel or by contacting support.

6. Fees and Payment

  1. Subscription fees are determined according to the pricing plans published by DAQIQ.

  2. Users agree to pay applicable fees using available payment methods.

  3. If automatic renewal is enabled, the User authorizes DAQIQ to charge the saved payment method.

  4. DAQIQ reserves the right to modify pricing in the future; changes apply to new subscriptions or renewals.

  5. Subscription fees do not include governmental taxes or regulatory fees unless explicitly stated.

7. Refund Policy

Refund requests may be submitted under the following conditions:

  1. Within 7 days for first-time monthly subscriptions.

  2. Within 30 days for first-time annual subscriptions.

  3. In case of a major technical failure preventing full system access for more than 24 consecutive hours after notifying technical support.

  4. Refund policy does not apply to renewal periods.

  5. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days, and payments are returned within 7–14 business days from approval.

8. License Grant

DAQIQ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the System for your internal business purposes only.

You may not:

  • Resell, rent, or sublicense the System.

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to access the source code.

  • Remove intellectual property notices.

  • Grant unauthorized third parties access to your account.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to DAQIQ, including software, designs, trademarks, logos, content, and databases, are the exclusive property of the Company.

No rights are granted except as expressly stated in this Agreement.

10. Limitation of Liability

  1. The System is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

  2. DAQIQ shall not be liable for loss of profits, data, business interruption, or indirect damages resulting from misuse or circumstances beyond its control.

  3. Data retention policy:

    • 6 months for trial accounts.

    • 2 years for paid accounts after subscription expiry.
      After this period, DAQIQ reserves the right to permanently delete the data.

  4. DAQIQ does not guarantee uninterrupted availability due to maintenance or upgrades.

11. Security and Data

  1. Users are solely responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.

  2. DAQIQ implements reasonable technical measures to protect user data.

  3. DAQIQ is not responsible for breaches caused by user negligence.

12. Termination

This Agreement may be terminated in the following cases:

  1. Expiration of the subscription without renewal.

  2. User cancellation.

  3. Violation of any provision of this Agreement.

  4. Misuse of the System or harm to its integrity.

Termination results in suspension of access to the System.

13. Amendments

DAQIQ reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the System after amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the country in which the Company is legally established.

Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
